何斌 副教授
个人介绍:
何斌,材料科学与工程系主任,副教授,广东省高校晶体生长与应用工程技术中心核心成员,深圳市海外高层次人才。从事金刚石及相关材料、薄膜技术、纳米结构研究与应用,研究兴趣涉及热管理、光电催化、精密刀具、培育钻石、3D打印、超宽带隙半导体等。主持及参与科研项目20余项,发表论文30余篇,专著章节3篇,授权国家专利5项。承担本科课程《材料科学基础》、《电工学》、《模拟电子技术》、《半导体物理与器件》,研究生课程《晶体学》、《薄膜及表面工程技术》。
